| All prices include full breakfast. |
| Children are those aged between 2 and 12. Babies are free. |
| If one child shares a parents' room, a charge of £12 will apply. |
| Where only children share a room, the single occupancy room rate will apply. |
| No discount is offered for single occupancy, longer stays. |
| A camp bed or a cot can be placed in the double bedded and double rooms. |
| We can put a cot in the ensuite room. |
| The double room and twin rooms share the guests' bathroom. |
| Short breaks can be arranged. Prices will be negotiated individually. |
| Credit and debit cards cannot be accepted. We do not need a deposit. |
| Please pay in cash (Sterling or Euros or US $), or by UK Cheque with guarantee card on departure. Exact rate of exchange as shown on internet on payment will be applied for payment in Euros or US Dollars. No commission will be charged. |
| Dogs are charged at £3 per night. |
| At bank holidays we only accept booking for two nights or more. We are not open at Christmas or the New Year. |
